We were your first seated customers on October 7th. Our experience was excellent - the service, the meal, the ambiance. Since then we have told others about your restaurant. How did three months go by before we returned? Hopefully, it won't be that long before you see us again. PS. By the way the calamari appetizer was great tonight, as well as was the salmon.

WHAT a wonderful experience we have had at your establishment. We first ate here on New Year's Eve and really enjoyed the food, service, and South American music. Dear Linda & Chef Tom,
We had the opportunity to visit your restaurant on 5-16-06 for a birthday celebration.
I can not say enough good things about the food, the service, the atmosphere. I know you are still a new restaurant but brace yourselves because it is only going to take people one visit to be hooked! We have been spreading rave reviews since we returned home last night (as well as thanking Elizabeth Street Inn for recommending you).
We look forward to our next visit.

Chef Tom and Linda.... We came in Saturday night (1/13/07) with friends from Bend, and had our Anniversary dinner...It was wonderful! I've eaten Sea Food Pastas, all over, and yours. Chef Tom, was the best I've eaten in a looooooong time!!

'First Wednesdays' Dine Out event at PANACHE
PANACHE joins the list of restaurants participating in the "First Wednesdays - Dine Out for Samaritan House" fund-raising program by hosting the event on April 5th. Local community residents since 1988, owners Tom Peddecord and Linda Atkisson opened their restaurant last October in a 1919-built house in the historic Nye Beach area of Newport.
"Participating in this program seems like a great way to give back to the community," said Atkisson. Twenty percent of the proceeds raised from restaurant sales on April 5 will be donated to Samaritan House to help meet operational costs of the shelter for homeless families in Lincoln County.
